Conflict can be described as a disagreement among groups or individuals characterized by antagonism and hostility. This is usually fueled by the opposition of one party to another in an attempt to reach an objective different from that of the other party. The elements involved in the conflict have varied sets of principles and values, thus allowing a conflict to arise.

Conflict can be defined in many ways but one of the simplest is that it pertains to the opposing ideas and actions of different entities, resulting in an antagonistic state. Conflict is an inevitable part of life. All of us possess our own opinions, ideas and sets of beliefs. We have our own ways of looking at things and we act according to what we think is proper. Hence, we often find ourselves in conflict in different scenarios; it may involve other individuals, groups of people, or a struggle within our own selves. Consequently, conflict influences our actions and decisions in one way or another.

Conflict comes naturally; the clashing of thoughts and ideas is a part of the human experience. It is true that it can be destructive if left uncontrolled. However, it shouldn"t be seen as something that can only cause negative things to transpire. It is a way to come up with more meaningful realizations than can certainly be helpful to the individuals involved.

Model Question-02

Education gives us knowledge and a set of abilities to function meaningfully in life, such as the ability to decide things rationally and make the right choices. As we learn how to read, write and do the basic operations of arithmetic. We gain a degree of self-confidence. We learn to think for ourselves and articulate our thoughts; we pick up skills to communicate with others and manage our affairs well. Education helps us think independently and make our own opinions. As we know more about the world. We appreciate the good things it offers us but also become critical of the deviations from the values it imparts and the rise of hatred or conflict that follows.
 
The first thing education does is to give us an awareness about ourselves which leads to the development of our personality. As we begin school, we feel the need to belong to the class and make friends. We then expand our community and finally our country. Education thus prepares every child to become an active member of the community and work for its welfare.
 
Education, it is believed, releases our potentials and our inner strengths. It sharps our intellect and develops our creativity. As we are taught to reason well and find solutions to the problems of life, we become productive members of society. Education by definition is progressive and liberal, teaching us to respect human diversity and cultural and religious differences. If all of us practice these values in life, the world will become a much happier place.

শিক্ষা আমাদের জীবনে অর্থপূর্ণভাবে কাজ করার জন্য জ্ঞান এবং ক্ষমতার সেট দেয়, যেমন জিনিসগুলি যুক্তিযুক্তভাবে সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার এবং সঠিক পছন্দ করার ক্ষমতা। যেহেতু আমরা পাটিগণিতের মৌলিক ক্রিয়াকলাপগুলি পড়তে, লিখতে এবং করতে শিখি। আমরা আত্মবিশ্বাস একটি ডিগ্রী অর্জন. আমরা নিজেদের জন্য চিন্তা করতে এবং আমাদের চিন্তা প্রকাশ করতে শিখি; আমরা অন্যদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করার দক্ষতা অর্জন করি এবং আমাদের বিষয়গুলি ভালভাবে পরিচালনা করি। শিক্ষা আমাদের স্বাধীনভাবে চিন্তা করতে এবং আমাদের নিজস্ব মতামত তৈরি করতে সাহায্য করে। আমরা বিশ্ব সম্পর্কে আরও জানি। এটি আমাদের যে ভাল জিনিসগুলি অফার করে আমরা তার প্রশংসা করি তবে এটি যে মূল্যবোধগুলি প্রদান করে তার থেকে বিচ্যুতি এবং পরবর্তীতে ঘৃণা বা সংঘাতের উত্থানের সমালোচনাও করি৷
 
শিক্ষার প্রথম কাজটি হল আমাদের নিজেদের সম্পর্কে সচেতন করা যা আমাদের ব্যক্তিত্বের বিকাশ ঘটায়। আমরা স্কুল শুরু করার সাথে সাথে আমরা ক্লাসের অন্তর্গত এবং বন্ধুত্ব করার প্রয়োজন অনুভব করি। আমরা আমাদের সম্প্রদায় এবং পরিশেষে আমাদের দেশ প্রসারিত করার চেয়ে। এইভাবে শিক্ষা প্রতিটি শিশুকে সম্প্রদায়ের সক্রিয় সদস্য হতে এবং তার কল্যাণে কাজ করার জন্য প্রস্তুত করে।
 
শিক্ষা এটি আমাদের সম্ভাবনা এবং আমাদের অভ্যন্তরীণ শক্তি প্রকাশ করে বলে বিশ্বাস করা হয়। এটি আমাদের বুদ্ধিকে তীক্ষ্ণ করে এবং আমাদের সৃজনশীলতার বিকাশ ঘটায়। আমাদেরকে ভালোভাবে যুক্তি দিতে এবং জীবনের সমস্যার সমাধান খুঁজে বের করতে শেখানো হলে আমরা সমাজের উৎপাদনশীল সদস্য হয়ে উঠি। সংজ্ঞা অনুসারে শিক্ষা প্রগতিশীল এবং উদার, মানব বৈচিত্র্য এবং সাংস্কৃতিক ও ধর্মীয় পার্থক্যকে সম্মান করতে শেখায়। যদি আমরা সকলেই এই মূল্যবোধগুলিকে জীবনে অনুশীলন করি, তাহলে পৃথিবী অনেক সুখের জায়গা হয়ে উঠবে।
